The Auxiliary of the Harpers Ferry Celtic Culture Society (HFCCS) is made up of dedicated volunteers who play a vital role in supporting the mission and operations of the organization. Auxiliary Members are the driving force behind the scenes — helping to plan, organize, and execute the cultural and charitable events that make HFCCS thrive throughout the year.

Auxiliary Members assist with a wide range of responsibilities including:

• Event setup, operations, and logistics for the Highland Games of Harpers Ferry and other HFCCS programs.

• Community outreach, fundraising, and public engagement.

• Volunteer coordination and support.

• Cultural education initiatives and heritage preservation efforts.

While the Board of Directors manages the overall governance and strategic direction of the organization, the Auxiliary is the backbone of its success — ensuring every event runs smoothly and every goal is achieved through teamwork, creativity, and dedication.

HFCCS Auxiliary Members are encouraged to take ownership of their roles, share new ideas, and represent the organization with pride at events and within the community.
